Health Plays The Most Important Role For Achieving Success


We must have good health because good health has a sound mind and sound mind  has a eminent power to cope ourselves with others in the present competitive world. Sound mind is the source of several new creations, skills and knowledge which are generated by only the inner creative power of the mind. So, We must live with sound health to achieve  success in life.

You might have the heard the saying that “Wealth is lost, nothing lost; education is lost, something lost but when health is lost, at this condition, everything that you have, is lost.
Therefore, from this, we can feel the importance of health in life. It is very difficult to create something new and extra from others, when we lack sharp thinking which dwells in sound mind. Although, health is one of basic needs of human beings. But at the present age, the health has been the most powerful and wonderful tool with which we can win the entire world with our wisdom which only can be generated by the sound mind. So, we must seriously consider the factors of Good Health, that can stand us with sound body with sound mind.

The people who are unhealthy cannot do the works effectively and properly in any fields, offices, factories, organizations, schools, colleges. Whatever properties they have are spent over visiting the doctors regularly, and at the same time buying many more medicines and in this way very soon their economic condition will go down. Such people will never have a peaceful and happy moment in life. Here are some of the main factors responsible for maintaining a Good Health.


Main Factors of Good Health
1. Nutritious Food:

Take an example, as a vehicle cannot run on the road with fuel, our body needs food items as fuel to sustain life. The quality of food also determines health. A good food containing all sorts of nutritious like vitamins, protein, minerals, calcium, carbohydrate etc. develops a good health. In other words, a balanced diet containing all the elements needed by our body in proper quantity is essential in order to maintain a good health. There is also a saying that “Eating an apple a day, keeps a doctor away”. So, We eat fresh fruits and green vegetables regularly.


2. Pure Drinking Water

The water that we drink and use for cooking purposes must be clean and free from pollution. Most people suffer from water-born diseases. If water is contaminated with germs, if it is not properly filtered and if we drink such water directly from the sources, then no matter how rich and balanced food we may eat, we will fall sick and remain unhealthy. We can use water purification methods like filtering or boiling.
Thus, safe and clean drinking water is essential for maintaining good health.


3. Maintain Cleanliness:

In order to remain healthy, cleanliness is essential. We need to maintain cleanliness by taking bath regularly, wearing clean clothes and cleaning the things that we use like our bed, utensils, food items, dwelling place and our surroundings. We should dispose the waste materials at proper places. We should all cultivate the habit of collecting waste materials at proper places. This can be done by keeping dustbins and waste paper baskets at home.



4. Physical Exercise:

It is another necessary activity to maintain a good health. Because of sitting throughout the day in offices without using physical power, our stomach bulges out. In this way, we often get sick and remain physically unfit. We need a lot of exercises. Realising the importance of physical exercise we may for jogging in the morning, playing games and sports. If we want we may Join gym clubs for body fitness. Dancing is also a type of exercise. We can have both entertainment and at the same time exercise. Besides these, we can join the yoga classes which completely help us for mind and our body

We should all have the habit of getting up early in the morning, running, jogging or even walking in the fresh air or spending some time doing physical exercise. The regularity in life will keep us fit and we will remain healthy.

5. Medical Care:

“Prevention is better than cure”. It is always wise to prevent ourselves from sickness instead of finding the ways and means to get rid of sickness. However, sometimes, we cannot avoid sickness due to epidemics, climatic condition of the place and contaminated foods. We should regularly have our health checked. Whenever a symptom of certain diseases is seen, we should get proper medical treatment.
