Some Tips on How To Lose Belly Fat

You might have known that body fat increases due to uncontrolled habits of eating many food items.
Our stomach becomes bigger than normal. It decreases our personality and makes us the victims of several diseases. And everybody wants a special status in group and society. So, if our stomach fat in not increased, our body looks attractive. This is why we need to decrease stomach fat.


To do so, below are some effective ways (Ayurvedic method) which are considered to be the best therapy.



1. Put a pinch of salt in a glass of warm water and drink it. Do it everyday.
2. White rice should be totally avoided. Instead, you can have brown rice food items bread or food items makd up of wheat flour.
3. Sweet as well as oily foods should be avoided. Because, such foods are the first reason to have fat in your stomach and thai.
4. Drink pure water as much as you want daily. In this way, after some hours, water activates metabolism and reduces the body toxin.
5. It is better to have radishes and after some time, to drink a glass of water mixed with lemon juice every morning. It decreases your body weight and helps you for blood circulation.
6. Vegetarian foods are better than non-vegetarian.
7. Eat fruits and green vegetables which help you to have anti oxidant, minerals and vitamins  in you body.
8. Try to get up early in the morning and take light exercise daily.
